lunch: salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and 3 crunched up pretzels , ham salad sandwich w/ two slices of Nutty Oat bread
dinner: egg fu young w/ chicken, white rice, gen sole chicken
snack: cheetos

I guess you could call this an unofficial day off. I will be much better tomorrow I promise! I would really like to be in the 165.?? before we go to Disney on Sunday
