it isn't the new year... but...

it is Monday. This is the last day of 2007, but the first day back on our diet. lee has put on a bit of weight over the last few months... until Christmas I was doing pretty good, but now have added a little over 4 lbs. So all it takes is a few pounds and BAM you are fat again.

When we
lived in NC we did body for life... and we lost a bit. We were also working out every day and logging all sorts of things. Then in Dec of 05, when Eli was about 7 months old, we started NutriSystems. lee did it years ago when he lived in Ohio and it worked then. The program is a bit different these days, but it still works. We only bought food for 4 months, but it completely changed how we look at food and eat it also. SO... we thought about buying another month or two of NS, but at almost $300 each it was more then we are willing to spend. So here we are, after a trip to the grocery, getting ready to lose some weight. I'm not a fan of putting numbers on things, but I'm going to do it.

Today: 169.4

A
ll time low: 164 lb (stomach flu in Ok, so it doesn't really count)

My go
al has always been 150 but when I got to about 167 I was so tired of dieting I just tried to maintain. I maintained for a year and a half... up till now with my holiday gain. So back on track trying to get to where I should have been in the first place. We have a goal to be consistant for 30 days. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but lee's birthday is this month. So no cake, no special dinner, just some presents.
