It is the first day of 2008 and I woke up with a headache. lee brought me some ibprofin and I waited a bit for it to kick in. I got up and got to my work out... I knew if I didn't do it first thing I wouldn't do it at all.

scale: 167.6 lb
yesterday: 169.4 lb
workout: 2 miles of ls
breakfast: 1 Activa Yogart and Quaker Weight loss oatmeal (cinnamon)
lunch: half turkey sandwhich, salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, banana peppers, and 3 crunched up pretzels
dinner: turkey tenderloin, steamed veggies, sliced tomatoes, salad (same as lunch)
snack: banana
desert: 1/4 c. smoked almonds, 100 cal pack grasshopper cookies
