breakfast: 1 Activa Yogart, Quaker Cinnamon weight loss oatmeal, 3 apple slices
lunch: salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, banana peppers, and 3 crunched up pretzels , swedish meatballs
dinner: grilled turkey, squash, veggies
snack: banana and a 100 cal. pack of cookies
desert: 100 cal pack of cookies, 2 pieces fat free cheese
