yesterday: 167.6 lb
workout: day off
breakfast: 1 Activa Yogart and Quaker Weight loss oatmeal (cinnamon) 8 apple slices
lunch: half turkey sandwhich, salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, banana peppers, and 3 crunched up pretzels
dinner: chicken and dumplings (I know, I was cold) green beans
snack: banana and a 100 cal. pack of cookies
