lunch: salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and 3 crunched up pretzels , ham salad sandwich w/ two slices of Nutty Oat bread
dinner: sun dried tomato chicken sausage, green beans & tomatoes, brown rice, mixed veggies
snack: banana (aireborne)
desert: 100 cal pack of cookies
